Nancy Blumenthal

Nancy has enjoyed a long, satisfying career in the dental field. She began by attending and graduating from The Forsythe School for Dental Hygienists and became a practicing RDH. After several years of clinical practice she started “Dental Temporaries”, one of the first temporary placement agencies serving the dental community. When the time was right, Nancy sold the business and had the opportunity to manage a large group practice from its inception. It was at that point that Nancy discovered her real niche—developing systems and procedures to make dental practices more efficient and successful. After managing other dental practices, Nancy wanted to continue to help multiple practices that would benefit from her management expertise. It was at that point that Nancy went out on her own as a freelance Manager & Dental Practice Consultant. Since then, Nancy has consulted to dental practices, large and small, throughout New England.

As her consulting business grew, Nancy received several requests to help her dental practices that were looking to hire associates, hygienists, assistants and administrative staff. Since Nancy's recruiting skills were strong, she began to assist her practices with their permanent staffing needs.

In addition to consulting and recruiting, Nancy also offers marketing and public relations services as well as logo/image design through Summit Dental Partners by top professionals in the area.
