Nancy Blumenthal heads up the recruiting division of Summit Dental Partners. We specialize exclusively in the permanent placement of dental hygienists, assistants, office managers, administrative personnel and dental associates.

Most practices are well aware how hard it is to find and retain a quality staff, not only with the right credentials, but also with the personality and spirit to suit each individual dental team.

Summit's recruiting division has the distinct advantage of its connection to the practice management side of the business. Many of our openings come from Summit's consulting clients. Therefore, in most cases these jobs are not available through other recruiters.

At Summit, we pride ourselves in their personalized service and go above and beyond to find the best possible candidates for their dental practices. Each one of our candidates is interviewed personally by Nancy before being sent on any interviews. Furthermore, all references are checked thoroughly before any candidate is officially placed.
